No. 49: Orestes

I believe I've developed allergies. That or caught a nasty head cold. Since I was frolicking about downtown Baltimore in a post TAXLO sweat last night, that could be possible.

The book festival was fabulous, and the weather couldn't have been better. Michael came and saw me and we went to Red Emma's. Popped his communist book store cherry, so that was nifty.

Bought a Barth book I've never seen before, which looks fantastic. Not as though I have anytime to read it, however. Roper's got us reading "Daisy Miller: A Study" by Henry James. It's SO James... which means I'm bored to tears.

Here's the excitement though: Mimi and I are going to Andrew Bird tonight. I'm SO excited. The tickets were birthday gifted from Matthew, but I feel like, despite all events, it would be better to go with Mimi anyway, b/c she actually understands my deep and abiding love for the man.

Three or four miles to Sonar, we're hipster cute, I've got Frye's on, it's dark out.

Hit it.

<3 H.

PS. Darjeeling Limited came out yesterday. MUST see it soon.
