No. 109: God and Lucifer, a boy and girl, an angel kissing on a sinner, a monkey and a man, a marching band all around a frightened trapeeze swinger

Longest title ever. Take that "Everybody's Got Something to Hide Except for Me and My Monkey".

Here's the best conversation I had or heard all day:

hannah: i actually really really want to walk down to charm city cupcakes tomorrow.
will: I live a block from it. Be glad you don't live here otherwise your bank would be cleaned.
:-Phannah: nishe! wanna come with?
will: Shore. I went once but them was some good cupcakes.
hannah: Yeah, that's what Maura said. I had a dream about the place, except that it was in the Long Island train stop and it was raining and Mike was yelling at me.
hannah: But there was cupcakes. Yeshsir.
will: Oh Christ.
will: Is that the short play of your life?
hannah: Dream. I just have scarily realistic dreams.
will: Scarily relevant dreams.
hannah: My shrink used to say it was healthy for someone who wanted a field in creative writing.
hannah: My friend Geof says it's because I overthink things and then try to bury them, so they mess with my dreams.
hannah: I have no idea.
hannah: I'm only sleeping, you know?
will: That's what John Lennon said...turns out he's dead.
hannah: So I heard.

I love that guy, seriously.

Off to jog it out for a bit. Had sushi and conversation with J.E.M. today. Thank you, God, for that woman.
Tonight: Spanish homework, Henry Adams reading.
H.

PS. For those of you who gave Songs to Live To feedback: thank you! There are some good ones for next Sunday.
